Bob Fulton

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Read Bio

Bob is responsible for setting vision and the strategic direction of LauraMac. Bob is a 20-year veteran of the mortgage business and has held a variety of Executive and C-level positions utilizing his extensive knowledge of the mortgage capital markets, operations and sales. He has worked in all channels, retail, wholesale and correspondent, within the mortgage business. He has a BA in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University, where he also lettered in baseball and swimming, and an MBA from Tulane University. Bob is based in southern CA and is an avid, albeit slow, runner and will do almost any activity (hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, etc.) outside to take advantage of the weather. He also enjoys live music and traveling with his wife.

Amit Aggarwal

CHIEF PRODUCT AND TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Amit has over 18 years of proven experience leading, innovating, designing, and executing large-scale enterprise web-based solutions. Amit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Maharishi Dayanand University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from University of Southern California. During his professional tenure, Amit has held Chief Technology Officer roles at companies like Auction.com and CarFinance.com. At Auction.com & CarFinance.com, Amit oversaw current technology systems and built NextGen products to further enhance their online platform(s). Prior to that, Amit headed development for Equator, where he played a pivotal role in building and transforming their flagship platform. Amit lives in Southern California with his wife and a 6 year old daughter. He loves to travel when not in front of this computer (although he does like to code even on his travel).

Joe Chang

VICE PRESIDENT ENGINEERING

Joe leads our engineering team to architect, build and deliver LauraMac’s enterprise software solution. He has more than 20 years of experiences in managing software development team and building high-performance and high-availability enterprise systems. Prior to joining LauraMac, Joe spent 9 years as the Senior Director, Engineering at Ellie Mae, where he oversaw the engineering effort for the Mavent compliance services, AllRegs publishing services, Encompass pricing engine, and docs management systems. Prior to Ellie Mae, Joe spent 7 years as VP, Product Development at Mavent, where he was responsible for all aspects of Mavent’s product development, including strategy, release planning and product roadmap and development. During his tenure at Mavent, Joe also wrote Mavent’s APR Calculation Engine which was used in more than 70 million loan reviews. Joe earned his Bachelor of Art in Economics, from National Taiwan University and holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University. Joe is based in southern California with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, golfing, cycling, movies and music.

Lorie Helms

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

As COO at LauraMac, Lorie is responsible for product vision, product management and client delivery. She works closely with the technology team to continue to deliver best-in-breed solutions that drive efficiency and data transparency. She brings 20 years of experience in mortgage technology and SaaS experience to LauraMac. Prior to joining Lauramac, Lorie served as Chief Technology Officer at Cherry Creek Mortgage, Chief Information Officer at Covius and Chief Technology Officer at Allonhill. She was named Mortgage Professionals Association Elite Women of 2021 and 2022 and was honored as one of the 30 Most Powerful Women in FinTech by the Progress in Lending Association in 2019. She holds a B.S. in biomedical engineering and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Duke University. Lorie is based in Denver and when not working she loves to spend time outdoors with her family and play the harp!

Jarad Bernotavicz

VP - GENERAL MANAGER

Jarad brings over 15 years of experience supplying timely SaaS solutions to meet the needs of mortgage servicers onto the LauraMac team. As Vice President and General Manager of its Servicing and Document Management line of business, he will continue to leverage the best of technology to address the challenges facing customers. Jarad has a lengthy track record launching product, establishing white glove account management and delivering on large scale implementation goals.

Gillian Thompson

GENERAL MANAGER

Gillian started her career in mortgage banking shortly after earning her bachelor’s degree in business economics from UC Santa Barbara in 1995. She began working as an analyst for Deutsche Bank modeling securitization cashflow, then moved to a Lehman Brothers subsidiary where she created sub-prime pricing models and was responsible for buying, selling, and eventually hedging prime production. Now a 25-year veteran of the mortgage industry, Gillian has held several executive positions and has extensive experience leading all aspects of mortgage lending with a particular focus on directing capital markets efforts for financial institutions. Gillian has worked in multiple channels within the industry including retail, wholesale, and correspondent, and is well-versed in leading organizations through critical steps of securing capital, procuring agency/investor/warehouse relationships, setting up operational processes, and employing an appropriate interest rate risk hedging strategy. Gillian lives in Southern California and is also a real estate agent. She enjoys wine tasting, road trips and traveling with her family which include her husband of 26 years, their three children and two Australian Cattle Dogs (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac).

Renee Magee

Renee is responsible for developing the LauraMac brand while managing prospective clients, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. Renee spent the early years of her career in due diligence where she grew into management, product development, and process excellence, later leaving the industry to pursue her own business. Renee holds a BA in Public Relations from the University of Florida. She lives with her husband, son, a deaf Bull Terrier and a camera happy cat in Castle Rock, CO. When she isn’t busy taking care of their animals, Renee is record shopping in Denver, spending time outdoors, or restoring their 1970 VW Bus.

Reid Nelson

Reid brings more than 20 years of experience designing, building and implementing mortgage software systems. As Vice President of Client Delivery, his goal is to ensure that all LauraMac clients are implemented and supported in a timely and efficient manner. Prior to joining LauraMac, Reid served as VP of Engineering at Cherry Creek Mortagage, SVP of Information Technology at Computershare Loan Services and SVP of Information Technology at LenderLive Network. He holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. Reid is based in Denver and when not working enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife and two children.

Leon Niedzwiecki

VP - GENERAL MANAGER

Leon Niedzwiecki brings 20 years of mortgage-related loan due diligence, data analysis, operations management and client management experience to LauraMac. As Vice President of Client Relations Leon will work closely with clients and the product team to provide a powerful, automated solution that exceeds our client’s secondary market needs. Prior to joining LauraMac, Leon served as VP of Ops for LenderLive where he oversaw operations for the correspondent lending and due diligence businesses. Previously he was Director of Due Diligence at Allonhill. Leon holds a BA in Finance from Walsh College.

Chris Saitta

EXECUTIVE CHAIR

Chris is the Managing Director of Calterra Capital. He is a successful entrepreneur who combines vision and execution. Throughout his career, he has identified opportunities and created scalable solutions to address them. Chris currently participates at a Chairman level in many companies and serves on the board of business and charitable organizations worldwide.
In 1990 Chris was the Founder and President of DBI, a company that configured and networked computers to run custom database applications for corporate and government application. In 1995, he founded and ran PDI which was the first distributor to sell computers and technology components on the internet. In 2000, he worked with the California Institute of Technology applying advanced game theory to complex asset distribution scenarios. During that time, he also worked with Idealab and eBay. In 2003, he founded and became CEO of Equator which provided residential home loan default servicing technology to banks and government entities. Under his guidance, Equator grew to be a benchmark of the mortgage industry that helped banks and the US economy recover from the mortgage crisis of 2008. In 2015, Chris formed Calterra Capital as a Private Investment firm. Also, in 2015, Chris became the Executive Chairman of Resitrader who revolutionized the way securitized debt is purchased and sold in the US and international markets. He most recently serves as Executive Chairman of LauraMac providing technology solutions for Capital Markets.
Outside of the office Chris is usually on or near the water, whether surfboard, paddle board, powerboat or sailboat. When he’s not on the water, he also has the propensity to drive big ugly trucks up dirt roads, not sure what that’s about but he enjoys it.

Jamie Zukosky

Jamie is General Counsel of Calterra Capital. With over 20 years of legal practice under his belt, Jamie brings tangible and proven experience delivering practical and strategic operational and legal advice to diverse organizations as well as an extensive understanding of complex commercial contracts, risk management, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
Jamie is meticulous and detail oriented (everything you think a lawyer should be) and possesses a positive, personable, honest and compassionate demeanor as well as a great sense of humor and the ability to work with varied groups of people (everything you’re surprised a lawyer can be). When he’s not focusing on the above, Jamie is on the slopes or the ice trying to ski or play hockey like a man half his age…often to his body’s dismay.
